Wholesale Information
If you are a retailer interested in carrying our line of children's clothing, please contact us directly by phone or email with the following information: store name, location, phone number, and contact. We will be glad to email you a full color line sheet in pdf format as well as information on sales representatives in your area. Currently our minimum order is only one set (3 to 4 pieces) of any style.
Shipping Rates
For online shoppers: shipping to each individual address is $6.25 for merchandise totals under $100, $7.25 for orders between $100 -$150, with continuing increments of $1.00 for every $50. Shipments to Canada begin at $8.95 for merchandise totals under $100, with $1.00 increments for every $50. Shipments are sent via Priority Mail. Special or overnight shipping will be quoted on an individual basis.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges (less shipping charges) are accepted within 14 days for a full credit in their original condition (unworn and with tags attached.) Sale items and personalized items are NOT returnable. Holiday themed items must be received by us no later than the date of the holiday. We recommend sending packages in a manner that is trackable (UPS, Fed Ex, or USPS Delivery Confirmation.) Upon receipt of your package we will send you an e-mail confirmation. Please include a copy of your sales receipt with your return. Orders shipped with free shipping will have the standard shipping charges subtracted from the purchase credit. We understand that an item may not fit as expected. Simply contact us to let us know what you would like us to reserve, so that we will have it available upon receipt of your package. New shipping charges will apply to your exchange shipment.
Privacy Policy
Your personal information and email address will never be shared with or sold to any outside persons or companies. We use a secure server to protect your online credit card transactions . If you are more comfortable with a personal approach, we always welcome you to call or email us to order over the phone. Although we are not able to provide 24-hour customer service, if you leave a message or email us we will return your call promptly.
Accepted Forms of Payment
Currently our on-line shopping cart is limited to PayPal. Please call us to place an order if you wish to pay by Mastercard, Visa, or check. Please note that orders paid by check cannot be processed until the check has cleared.
