Cheeky's Story
Tired of being just another breakfast food option, Cheeky left the rest of the bunch behind to seek out her  dream  of  making  children  everywhere  look  good  enough to get away with all sorts of mischief. A renegade in her own right, Cheeky opted out of the ordinary yellow banana peel, choosing instead attire more aptly suited to her flagrantly cheeky personality: Big Pink Dots. A star in her own mind, Cheeky is being sought out by imaginary paparazzi everywhere...while she tries to find the motivation to leave the comfort of the shady palm and come up with some pretty cool kids fashions before the annoying fruit flies of time and brown spots of age set in.
  
 

Cheeky Banana, LLC is the realization of a long-time dream by founder, Lesley Fleming. Having enjoyed sewing for over 30 years, friends often asked her to make special outfits for their child.  With two children of her own and a busy job in Marketing, this became increasingly difficult to do. Finally, Lesley made the decision to step out from under the "shade of the palm" and do what she had longed to do: create a line of children's clothes that is fun to buy, easy to wear, and that celebrates the fleeting joy of childhood with its own world of imagination through the use of colorful fabrics and her original applique and embroidery designs.
